By creating an account, purchasing a program, or attending an Flute Gandharvas event, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Flute Gandharvas's paid programs. Free resources, such as the masterclass, may be accessed more broadly but are still subject to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Membership is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated in a program's enrolment terms.
Flute Gandharvas's community spaces are built on mutual respect. Harassment, spam, misrepresentation of results, and solicitation unrelated to your Flute Gandharvas membership are not permitted and may result in suspension or removal without refund.
All curricula, templates, videos, and handbook content are the property of Flute Gandharvas and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your membership. Redistribution, resale, or public republication of course materials is prohibited without written permission.
Program and membership fees are billed as described at checkout, in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Flute Gandharvas provides education, structure, and community. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, client count, or income level. Results depend on your effort, market, and circumstances, and past member outcomes are not a promise of future results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flute Gandharvas and its mentors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs, tools, or events.
We may suspend or terminate access to any member who violates these terms. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction where Flute Gandharvas is registered. Questions can be directed to our contact page.
