Refund Policy
Last updated: January 2024. We'd rather you tell us something isn't working than quietly leave unhappy.
1. Overview
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Flute Gandharvas programs, subscriptions, and events. It applies to all purchases made directly through abc-community.example.
2. Program refunds
One-time program purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the curriculum. After 7 days, or once 20% completion is passed, program fees are non-refundable, reflecting the mentor time and cohort resources already allocated.
3. Subscription cancellations
Monthly and annual memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period; you retain access until it ends.
4. Events and NalandaX
Event tickets, including NalandaX, are refundable in full up to 30 days before the event date, and at 50% between 30 and 14 days before. Within 14 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with advance notice.
5. Exceptions
We consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for documented medical emergencies, platform outages that materially prevented access, or clear billing errors. Reach out and describe the situation honestly — we review every case individually.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@flutegandharvas.com with your order ID and the reason for the request, or use the contact form. Please request within the windows described above.
7. Processing timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few additional days before funds appear in your account.
