Sixty-one years old, and the first musician in her family

Priya retired in 2022 and enrolled the same month, mostly to prove to herself that she still could learn something difficult.

The structured path meant she never had to guess what to practise next. The community meant she was never the only beginner in the room.

She completed her Foundation certificate in ten months and is now working through the Melody curriculum.
